The Taichung Municipal Bureau of Agriculture says that wheat has been grown in Daya District since the Japanese occupation. Jinmen Hongbiao sorghum wine is its product.
From November 15 to November 30 every year, Daya wheat farmers plant wheat in the way of irregular sprinkling before the second rice harvest.
