1. Clean up the dirt. Thoroughly remove chicken droppings, feathers, dust, dirty bedding and roof cobwebs from chicken cages, floors, walls and articles as far as possible.

two。 Rinse. Rinsing with clean water can not kill pathogenic microorganisms, its purpose is to rinse the dirt out of the chicken house and improve the disinfection effect. Flushed sewage should be discharged from sewers or gutters far away, not around the henhouse.

3. Choose the medicine carefully. Disinfectants must be broad-spectrum, efficient, strong, less corrosive to metal and plastic products, less inhalational toxicity, irritation and skin absorption to humans and chickens, and will not invade and remain in meat and eggs. The disinfectants that can be used for chicken disinfection are Qiangxiaoling, peracetic acid, bromogeramine, sodium hypochlorite, bacteriological enemy, parathion, gold iodine, Huifuxing, compound phenol and so on.

4. Scientific dispensing of liquid. It is better to prepare disinfectant solution for tap water. The concentration of the disinfectant should be uniform, and the drugs that are not soluble in water should be fully stirred to dissolve them. When the temperature of disinfectant solution is increased from 20 ℃ to 30 ℃, the power of disinfectant solution can be increased by two times, so hot water should be used to dilute the disinfectant solution. But the water temperature should not be too hot and should be controlled below 40 ℃. The stability of the prepared disinfectant solution becomes worse and should not be stored for a long time.

5. Disinfect correctly. With chicken disinfection, an automatic spraying device with better atomization effect or a small agricultural knapsack sprayer can be used. The fog particle size is controlled at 80 μ m ~ 120 μ m, and the spray head is about 50 cm away from the chicken body. Spray head upward, first inside and then outside step by step spray, once a day with chicken disinfection, preferably every morning and evening with chicken disinfection. The closed chicken house can also be hung at the air inlet with large bottles of volatile disinfectants such as peracetic acid and Huifuxing to achieve the effect of air disinfection in the chicken house.
