After planting edible fungi, the remaining bacterial bran contains a lot of crude protein, fat and crude fiber, which is rich in nutrition, which is very effective for feeding pigs, and it is also a way to save feed cost. now the technology of feeding bacterial bran to pigs is provided as follows:

1. Collection method: the bacterial rods, clods or bricks collected 4 times are sprayed with 0.1% urea aqueous solution and covered with plastic film for a week before being used as feed. When collecting fungus bran, the blackened and moldy parts should be removed so as to avoid poisoning after eating livestock.

Second, storage and processing: dry the collected sticks, clods or bricks in the sun or in the ventilated place, and then crush them into powder with a grinder.

Third, feeding method: first soak the crushed mushroom bran in clear water, the soaking time is generally 20 Mel 24 hours in winter and spring, and 12 hours in summer and autumn. According to the different stages of piglets, shelf pigs, adult pigs and empty sows, the amount of bacterial bran accounted for 15%, 30% and 45% of the concentrate respectively, and the weight gain effect was obvious.

4. Feeding effect: it has been proved by practice that the ratio of feed to meat of pigs fed with bacterial bran and concentrate feed is 3.5. The pigs fed by this method are tested after slaughter that the meat quality is uniform red, shiny, white and tender with fat, and has the aromatic smell of usually fresh pork, which meets the requirements of food hygiene.

Precautions: bacterial bran must be soaked before feeding to avoid defecation difficulties caused by livestock after eating.
