Through scientific disinfection and cutting off the transmission of infectious diseases, we can prevent and prevent the infection, occurrence, spread and epidemic of diseases, and effectively improve the production efficiency of duck farms.

1. Choose the appropriate disinfectant. Combined with the environment of our own duck house, the purpose and object of disinfection, the epidemic trend of epidemic disease and the situation of duck disease, we choose disinfection drugs according to the principles of high efficiency, broad spectrum, economy and little side effects, and pay attention to dispensing disinfectants strictly according to the instructions for the use of disinfectants. Improve the efficacy of disinfectants to achieve the purpose of disinfection. Conventional disinfection uses 2-3% caustic soda solution, chlorine preparation, quaternary ammonium salt, iodine preparation and other spray disinfection, potassium permanganate solution, aldehyde fumigation disinfection, 20% lime milk ground disinfection.

2. Set up disinfection pool. A disinfection room and a disinfection pool should be set up in front of the gate of the duck farm to disinfect vehicles and personnel entering and leaving the duck farm.

3. Environmental disinfection. The surrounding environment of the duck house should be kept clean, often washed with a high-pressure water gun, and there should be no sewage, dirt, feces and so on.

4. Empty column disinfection. During the empty fence period, it is necessary to thoroughly clean, wash and disinfect the duck house, surrounding the duck house, warehouse, office room, appliances, equipment, and so on, and clean and disinfect the clothes, shoes and even quilts used by ducks, so that there are no dead corners. Ten days before entering the duck, the duck house should be fumigated with formalin and potassium permanganate for 24 hours, and then open the doors and windows for ventilation. Weeding and turning the soil within 2 meters around the duck house, laying a layer of quicklime.

5. Sterilize with ducks. The day before disinfection, the ducks were given 0.1% vitamin C or water-soluble multivitamin solution to reduce stress. Disinfection is not spray on ducks, but spray disinfection from ceiling, wall to ground. Use warm water in winter and cold water in summer. Choose disinfectants with low irritation, high efficiency and low toxicity, instead of acids and bases.

6. Disinfect drinking water. Disinfectants (such as parathion, Qiangli disinfectant, sodium hypochlorite, etc.) are added to drinking water in proportion, once a week, while ducklings are generally fed with 1 ‰ potassium permanganate (warm water).

7. Disinfect duck dung. Thoroughly disinfect once a month, clean up the feces on the playground, clean out the padding material in the duck house, and replace it with dry and clean mat grass. Duck manure can be sterilized by accumulating biological heat fermentation and spraying disinfectant solution on the surface of the dung pile.

8. Personnel disinfection. Before entering the production area, duck farm staff must change their sterilized overalls and rubber shoes, and disinfect them under ultraviolet light for about 10 minutes before entering the duck farm. Outsiders are strictly prohibited from entering the duck farm. Long Zhaohui
