The technology of cultivating edible fungi with wheat straw is to cultivate edible fungi after crushing and fermentation of wheat straw. the advantage is that it can not only obtain higher economic benefits, but also can be used as high quality organic fertilizer to return to the field. According to the temperature, humidity and climatic environment of our town, this cultivation method can be used indoor and outdoor in spring, summer and autumn, and it must be carried out under the premise of indoor temperature in winter.

1. Straw treatment. The straw was crushed, wet with water spray, compacted into a round pile of 1m-1.8m in diameter, covered with thin film and fermented for 4-6 days. The fermented straw should keep its water content about 70% and the pH value about 8.

two。 Select land for cultivation. The selected place should be protected from direct sunlight. Before inoculation, make a 70cm * 20cm * 35cm wooden mold frame, first spread a layer of fermented wheat straw powder in the frame, after stepping on the fruit, sprinkle a circle of edible fungus and bran around; then, spread a layer of straw powder, and then sprinkle the fungus and bran. Spread 4 layers, sprinkle 3 layers of bacteria and bran, the dosage should be breathable. Generally, each culture medium uses 5 kg-7.5 kg wheat straw powder, 0.25 kg-0.38 kg edible fungus and wheat bran, and finally covered with a plastic film.

3. Germ culture. The requirements of temperature, humidity and air permeability should be met during the growth of mycelium. The temperature should be controlled at about 35 ℃, and when the summer temperature exceeds 40 ℃, the film should be removed to cool down. The water content of the culture medium should be controlled at 70%. Generally, there is no need to spray water, so as not to cause miscellaneous bacteria pollution.

4. Post-harvest treatment. The fruiting body of young mushroom can be harvested when it is fully grown. Generally, 3-4 stubbles of edible fungi can be collected, and then the medium can be applied back to farmland as high-quality organic fertilizer.
