The Hsinchu Municipal Government and the Paper Windmill Troupe jointly created what can be called the largest children's art carnival in the country, the Hsinchu Children's Art Festival ─ Aesop Zoo, which successfully attracted the participation of parents and children from all over the country, and exceeded 100000 people in just three days.

Mr. Li and his wife, who grew up in Hsinchu, took their children to "explore" in the garden on the afternoon of the 4th. They not only became the 100,000th entrant, but also, under the witness of the whole audience, Mayor Lin Zhijian personally presented a "bicycle" and symbolized the "Lego giraffe model" of the Hsinchu City Zoo, which is the oldest in Taiwan.
