Dripping water from the greenhouse film of vegetables in the greenhouse will increase the air humidity in the greenhouse. when the water drips on the vegetable leaves, it will form a water film on the leaves, which will create favorable environmental conditions for the infection and development of bacteria and cause vegetable diseases.

The reasons for the dripping of greenhouse film:

First, due to the poor quality of the covered non-drop film, the evaporated water does not flow down in the form of water film on the inner surface of the film, but forms droplets.

Second, when the film-like water on the film flows downward, it encounters the obstruction of building materials such as iron wire and arch frame, forming water droplets constantly dripping.

Measures to be taken to avoid dripping:

First, the non-drop film with good quality is covered, although the one-time investment on the film is increased, but the shed has less dripping water, less humidity, less disease, less spraying, high yield and good quality of vegetables.

The second is to build the greenhouse daylighting surface into an arc-shaped daylighting surface to avoid direct contact between the greenhouse film and the iron wire, resulting in a large number of water dripping phenomenon.

The third is to spray bean noodle water or non-dripping agent. If it is found that there are more water droplets on the greenhouse film, you can spray non-dripping agents (organosilicon auxiliaries, etc.) or bean noodle water on the film. Should pay attention to ventilation before spraying, after the water droplets on the greenhouse film are dry, evenly spray to the surface of the greenhouse film, 120 to 150 milliliters per square meter of film spray, and then close the vents after the water film is dry, which can significantly reduce the dripping of the film in half a month to one month.
