Greenhouse grapes take 25 to 50 days from heating up to sprouting. There are mainly two ways to raise temperature: high temperature and gradual heating.
1. The method of high temperature stuffing shed.
That is, open the grass curtain during the day and keep the air in the whole day. When the temperature reaches 35 ℃, put the curtain down and lower the temperature in the shed by the method of shading. When the temperature in the shed drops to 20 ℃, raise the grass curtain again and repeatedly throughout the day to ensure that the stage before germination is in a relatively high temperature.
By using the method of high temperature and stuffing shed, the germination period is short, generally it can sprout in 25 to 35 days, and the mature period can be greatly advanced; the humidity in the shed is high (more than 90%), and in the environment of high humidity, even if the high temperature is high, the phenomenon of "roasting sprouts" (bud eyes losing water due to high temperature) rarely occurs; the high temperature environment is conducive to breaking dormancy and counteracting dormancy obstacles; high temperature during the day, more heat accumulation on the ground, high night temperature, and low risk of secondary dormancy However, the high temperature greenhouse model has a relatively large risk coefficient, because the germination duration of bud eyes is short, which has an adverse effect on the further differentiation of inflorescence, and is prone to problems such as poor flower bud differentiation, inflorescence degradation and so on. It is suggested that it should be used in rose fragrance lines such as colored incense, red balado, Jingxiu, Zaoxia rose and 87-1, as well as varieties with good flower bud differentiation, close fruit setting and high fruit setting rate.
two。 Gradually rising temperature method.
The gradual warming model is to apply the natural pre-germination temperature in the open field, the daytime temperature gradually changes from 10 ℃ to 25 ℃, the temperature is controlled to increase by 5 ℃ every other week, and the maximum temperature is not higher than 25 ℃. When the temperature exceeds the planned temperature, open the upper tuyere to cool down, when the temperature decreases, close the vent to raise the temperature, and open and close the operation repeatedly within one day. The gradual warming method is adopted, because the average temperature in the greenhouse is low and the germination time is prolonged, which is generally 40-50 days, which is not conducive to early listing, but this method follows the natural law of plant growth and has low relative risk, so it is suggested to be used in Jufeng, Fujiminori and other varieties. The bleeding after heating up is a sign of the awakening of grapes.
