In the early stage of pregnancy, the nutritional needs of cows were not significantly different from those before mating. Cows that enter the second trimester of pregnancy (4Mel of pregnancy for 5 months) can be fed diets according to the nutritional marks of the cows during the dry period. At the 6th month of pregnancy, due to the rapid development of the fetus and the need to store some nutrients in the mother's province before lactation, its nutritional needs are very different from those before, and some concentrate can be added to increase the dietary nutritional value by about 10%. However, excessive obesity in the late pregnancy of cows should be prevented, leading to dystocia or other diseases. The newborn cow can be kept in medium body condition.

30 days before delivery, the first pregnant cow can appropriately increase the amount of feed on the basis of the feeding mark, but the feeding amount shall not exceed 1% of the body weight of the first pregnant cow; at the same time, the content of vitamins, calcium, phosphorus and trace elements should be increased in the diet.
