1. Early weaning of lambs

Early weaning and fattening are two important measures for raising sheep in the shed. After 2 months of age, the physiological function of the digestive tract of lambs tends to be improved. If the feeding management is strengthened, it is feasible to carry out early weaning.

2. Early supplementary feeding

Lambs should eat enough colostrum 3 days after birth to strengthen their physique, and 10-15 days later they should be trained to feed. You can use tender hay to hang in the air and let the lambs eat freely. About 20 days can be used bean cake, wheat bran, corn meal and other concentrate prepared or commercial suckling pig full-price feed training diet. The lambs were 1 ~ 2 months old, mainly fed with grass and supplemented with fine feed. Each lamb is fed with 50g / 100g concentrate per day to add less and add salt and bone meal as required.

3. Timely weaning

When the lamb reaches the age of 2 months or the body weight reaches 13kg, the mother and lamb can be separated and weaned at one time. Drive the ewe out of the enclosure and feed the lamb in the original enclosure to reduce stress.

4. Lamb fattening

According to the physiological structure and nutritional needs of lambs, ① rationally matched diets to form a full-price feed suitable for fattening lambs. The fattening roughage is mainly composed of silage corn straw, wheat bran, grass flour, vine, dried corn husk, fruit dregs and distiller's grains, while the fattening concentrate is mainly composed of corn, wheat bran, soybean cake, cottonseed cake, baking soda and premix. 0-70 days old is lactation, mainly roughage, 70-150 days old is fattening period, combination of concentrate and roughage. Varieties should be diversified to ensure that more than 18% of digestible protein is available. At the beginning, feed with high-quality hay, fresh forage and formula feed; gradually with silage, ammoniated or biochemical feed, concentrate feed 100-150g per sheep per day to ensure adequate drinking water.

② daily operating rules go to the trough twice a day, starting at 7:00 in the morning, dry feeding, first on silage, then on various dregs, and finally on concentrate; starting at 2:00 in the afternoon, wet feeding, feeding sequence with the same morning, free drinking water, and timely adjustment of feeding amount to ensure that the sheep are full and maintain exuberant appetite.

③ scientific salt supplement is a simple way to put salt bricks in the playground to let sheep lick freely.
