For those who collect seed strips to expand the planting area and build new gardens, they should do a good job in the planning of garden plots, land consolidation and the implementation of seedlings; if there are gardens for seedling production, they should do a good job of seed strips collection. The mother tree that collects seed strips should be a mother tree with excellent and pure varieties, strong growth, good fruiting characters and no diseases and insect pests. The collected seed should have mature branches and full bud eyes. The collected seed strips should be labeled in time and kept properly. The best time for winter pruning is when the tree fully enters the dormant period to about 20 days before the bleeding period. Greenhouse cultivation should be pruned before plastic film mulching.

The application of base fertilizer in autumn should be based on organic fertilizer, and pay attention to the reasonable collocation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, about 2000 kg of mature livestock and poultry manure, 25 kg of compound fertilizer and 50 kg of superphosphate per mu. At the same time, according to the different nutrient deficiency in the field, other phosphorus and potassium fertilizers and trace element fertilizers were added. The application method of base fertilizer can be divided into two kinds: spreading in the whole garden and applying in the furrow. generally, the grape in the scaffolding is spread in the whole garden, and the fertilizer is spread and ploughed deeply. Furrow application can be determined according to the age of trees, using annular ditch or strip ditch fertilization. The depth and width of the ditch should be reasonable. Add soil to cover after fertilizer is applied.

Thoroughly clear the garden to remove and destroy the fallen grape leaves, tendrils, fruit stalks, fallen fruits, dead branches and weeds. If the trunk bark is warped, it is necessary to do a good job of peeling off the old bark to remove germs and insect pests from the trunk and reduce the incidence of diseases and insect pests in the coming year. The old skin peeled off should be centrally burned. After peeling off the old skin, the trunk of the whole garden was whitened, the chemical was made into a paste with stone-sulfur mixture and lime, the trunk was painted, and the whole garden was sprayed with disinfectant and germicidal agent to eliminate diseases and insect pests.
