First, drying seeds: about a week before sowing, put the whole piece of ginger in a single layer on a sunny day and dry it in a leeward, sunny, dry and warm place. Third, break into pieces: after the ginger sprouts are all together, first select the whole piece, and then select the buds to break into pieces. Be sure to choose fat ginger and ban lean ginger.
