Affected by the low entry threshold and fierce competition in the domestic food and beverage market, 67% of the operators have no holidays throughout the year, 15.8% take irregular store holidays on holidays (holidays), 8.1% take two days off a week, and only 6.8% take one day off a week; while the operating hours of the operators account for 44.1% of the most 8 - 12 hours, 27% of 8 hours, 21.6% of 12 - 18 hours, and 5.4% of 24 hours.
