Application of Dust Application Technology in greenhouse

1. Adjustment of powder sprayer. The use of hand powder sprayer, there are bumper harvest-5 and harvest-10. The rocking speed of Fengshou-5 hand handle should be not less than 36 revolutions per minute, and that of Fengshou-10 should reach 50 revolutions per minute. So that the powder spray mouth can produce a strong enough wind to make the powder discharge evenly. The amount of powder discharge should be adjusted to 200 grams per minute and 1 kg per mu with dust agent. Put the dust into the medicine box of the powder sprayer, and be careful that there is no water or moisture in the medicine box.

2. The preparation of the shed before spraying powder. Close the ventilation port and the door at the other end of the shed before spraying powder, cover the plastic sheet of the shed tightly, and try to reach the airtight state of the shed. If there are small pieces of damaged shed cloth, it will not affect the dust.

3. The retrogressive horizontal spraying method is adopted in the greenhouse. Starting from the inner end of the greenhouse, the operator stands on the aisle in front of the north wall, back to the north wall of the greenhouse, facing south, using retrograde air spraying. The nozzles can be swung up and down appropriately according to the height of the crop, spraying while retreating to the other end until you exit the door and close the door. Check the medicine box, if there is any surplus medicine, you can put the powder spray pipe into the room from the ventilation window to spray until the remaining powder is sprayed.

4. The left and right swing spraying method is adopted in the greenhouse. From the north end, the operator stands on the aisle and swings the powder spray pipe to the left and right sides, and can swing the nozzle up and down appropriately according to the crop height, while spraying, while retreating along the middle aisle until the exit door at the south end, close the door and check the medicine box. If there is any remaining powder, you can spray the powder spray pipe into the shed from the vents on both sides of the shed until the remaining powder is sprayed.

5. The spraying method outside the shed is adopted in the small and medium-sized bow shed. Because the bow shed is small, the operator can not enter, so powder spraying can be carried out from one side or both sides of the shed, that is, a part of the shed cloth is opened from the outside, the powder spraying pipe is extended into the shed for spraying, and the nozzle is swayed left and right. According to the size of the shed and the amount of medicine used, the shed cloth can be opened in different parts of the bow shed and sprayed until it is finished.

6. The suitable time of spraying powder. Choose to be carried out in the evening or in the morning, so that the deposition rate of powder in crops is higher, and dust can be sprayed at any time on rainy days. The vent can be opened about 2 hours after powder spraying. If you spray powder in the evening, you can wait until the next morning to open the tuyere. The first spray is in the early stage of the disease, every 7-10 days according to the condition.
