President Lin Quan stressed that the introduction of high-level international talents is the key to the development of Asia's Silicon Valley. He has previously asked the National Development Commission to conduct discussions on how to attract high-level international talents to Taiwan, and to sort out the difficulties and obstacles encountered by foreign talents coming to Taiwan, so as to improve the external environment and give full play to the advantages and conditions that Taoyuan has.

Premier Lin Quan said that in the future industrial development in Taiwan, it is necessary to observe the changes in the global industry, that is, the IOT Internet of things or new technologies and materials in the past can be combined with intelligent devices, so that the next generation will have the characteristics of automation in all aspects of life and manufacturing.
