First, brooding preparation

Thoroughly disinfect the goose house and farm half a month before raising the goslings, and cross-disinfect them with 10% raw lime water or 5% bleached water. The breeding utensils are sprayed with disinfectant according to the prescribed requirements, and then rinse clean with clean water. Heat preservation products should be exposed to the sun for 1 / 2 hours before use.

Temperature and humidity

The newly hatched goslings are required to keep the temperature and humidity in the shed relatively stable because of their sparse fluff and poor thermoregulation ability. The suitable temperature and humidity of the nursery are: 1: 2 days old 28: 29 ℃, relative humidity 60: 65%, relative humidity 60: 65%, relative humidity: 26: 28 ℃, relative humidity: 60: 65%, relative humidity: 14-day-old, 23: 25 ℃, relative humidity: about 65%; 15: 20 days: 19: 22 ℃, relative humidity: 65: 70%; after 21 days, the temperature can be gradually de-heated.

3. Feeding density

It is suitable for raising goslings in groups with 500 birds and 600 birds per group. According to the size and growth of goslings, the feeding density was continuously adjusted. Generally, there were 25 geese per square meter within 7 days old, 15 geese at the age of 7 days, 15 geese at the age of 15 days and 10 geese at the age of 15 days.

IV. Feeding and management

The goslings drink water and then eat within 12-24 hours after coming out of their shell. Water supply 5-7 times a day, it is best to add 1 gram of multivitamins per kilogram of drinking water, in order to clean up the intestines and stomach, eliminate meconium and provide nutrition. The digestive ability of the goslings is weak, and the feed can be fed with semi-cooked rice, so that it is raw but not hard, cooked but not sticky, and granulated. Once removed, wash the rice with warm boiling water until the rice is non-sticky, feed it 6-8 times a day, and feed it once more in the evening until 6-70% full. As soon as the goslings start eating, they can be fed with fresh and tender green fodder, which can promote digestion and increase nutrition. The nursery room should be kept clean, dry and well ventilated. On a warm day, the goslings can be put outdoors for 2 or 3 times for half an hour each time. Usually, the doors and windows of the nursery should be opened to remove ammonia to make the indoor air fresh and promote the healthy growth of goslings.
