First, choose a good breed of broilers. Under the local production conditions, the technical measures for raising broilers formulated by the Animal Husbandry Bureau shall be strictly followed.

Second, strengthen management. The method of open ground flat raising, free feeding, all in and all out was adopted for broilers. The walls, floors, feeding utensils and padding materials of the chicken coop must be thoroughly disinfected according to the disinfection operation rules before the first batch, especially the second batch and the later batch of chicks are introduced into the henhouse, and the padding materials should be changed regularly. The house should be free for 1-2 weeks after disinfection, and then the chicks will be introduced into the house for breeding.

Third, scientific feeding. The broilers were fed with pellet No. 1 at the age of 1-8 days, pellet No. 2 at the age of 19-35, and pellet No. 3 at the age of 35 days until the standard body weight was reached at the age of 45 days. Adding sodium sulfate from 10 days old, 0.3% sodium sulfate was added to the feed of broilers, and the weight gain was significant until it was sold. Add methionine: add 4 grams of methionine and a small amount of vitamins to 5 kilograms of feed. After feeding continuously for 6 weeks, broilers can grow to about 1.5 kilograms. Adding fat chicken powder according to the dosage of cinnamon 50%, dried ginger powder 20%, licorice powder 9%, fennel powder 7%, cooked soybean powder 6%, ferrous sulfate 8%, each broiler 0.5-1 g at a time, mixed with water into the feed, once every two days, after 15 days, each broiler can gain 30 grams per day. Add soybean oil to broilers 8-10 days before sale, add a little soybean oil to the feed, and add sublimated sulfur powder according to 2% of the feed amount to make the chicken fat full and tender.

Fourth, suitable density, temperature and humidity.

1. Density: 8-10 chickens per square meter in summer, 13 chickens per square meter in winter and spring, and 400-500 broilers in 35-square-meter houses in rural villages and towns.

2. Temperature: burn the Kang and the stove for heating in the first week, raise it on the hot Kang, turn to the ground after 7 days, and put a layer of sterilized sawdust on the Kang and the ground. The indoor temperature should be 32-34 ℃, and the temperature before entering the house should be used as the initial breeding temperature of this batch of chicks. The room should always be well ventilated, dry and clean.

3. Humidity: the relative humidity in the young house should be kept at 60-70%, and the chicks should be kept at 50-60%. In order to keep the floor of the chicken house dry and the humidity is suitable, drinking water utensils should be placed in a suitable position.

Fifth, plenty of light. No matter what kind of chicken coop, it takes 23 hours of light. Strong light is needed in the first week, and it is appropriate to install 2-3 watt bulbs per square meter of chicken sheet. after that, the number of watts of light bulbs per square meter can be reduced to facilitate chicken lighting.

Drink plenty of water. The vacuum water fountain is used, and the vacuum water fountain is replaced by a wide-mouth bottle and a shallow plate. When in use, a small wooden stick is placed at the mouth of the bottle, and the water can flow out automatically from the gap. Guan Wenquan
