? 1. Master the key points before immunization

1.1 prepare water, feed and vaccine at the age of 3 days, prepare according to 8 grams of feed for each chicken, eat about 5-6 hours, prepare cold boiled water in advance, press 1 Jack: 75ml water, imported vaccine is prepared according to 0.7-0.8 feathers per chicken.

1.2 pour cold boiled water into a clean spray can and shake the vaccine well.

Special attention should be paid to shaking the spray can while spraying, to ensure that the coccidia oocysts are suspended in the water, to prevent the coccidia oocysts from sinking to the bottom, and to ensure the immune effect.

1.4 feed level ensures adequate feed level, feeding for 5-6 hours, so that all chickens can feed evenly.

Coccidia need special management after immunization, which is also a key factor in the success or failure of coccidia immunization.

2.1 Anticoccidial drugs should not be used in feed within 3 weeks after coccidiosis immunization.

2.2 humidity in the house: coccidia reproduce for 7 days as a cycle. 6 days after coccidia immunization, pay attention to the humidity of the chicken house and the humidity of the bedding until 21 days, and the humidity of the chicken house should be kept at about 70%.

2.3 bedding management: good bedding quality is the key to coccidiosis immunity. The bedding material is too dry or too wet will affect the coccidial immune effect; the thickness of the bedding material in the brooding house should be mastered well, about 6 cm is more appropriate, and more than 8 cm will affect the coccidial immune effect.

2.4 expansion and rotation: when expanding or turning around, the new fence must be mixed with some of the old padding and ensure the humidity of the padding, so that the reproduction of coccidia oocysts will not be interrupted.

2.5 treatment of immune response: normally, coccidial vaccine reaction will occur 10-14 days after immunization, mild cases do not need to be administered; if chickens pull blood or even die, please immediately feed the therapeutic dose of coccidial medicine.
