Bean curd residue is a good feed for raising pigs, but it is easy to cause adverse consequences if a large number of pigs are simply fed with it. Therefore, feeding pigs with bean curd residue should adhere to the "five no".

You can't feed it directly.

Raw bean curd residue contains toxic substances, which should be heated and boiled for 15 minutes before feeding pigs to decompose toxins, enhance palatability and improve protein absorption and utilization.

Do not overfeed

The content of crude protein in bean curd residue is low and the quality is poor, so it must be combined with other feed, generally not more than 1 / 3 of the feed amount. Excessive feeding can easily lead to indigestion.

Do not feed alone.

Tofu dregs are not nutritious, so it is necessary to match a certain proportion of corn, bran and mineral elements, and feed some green fodder to meet the needs of pig growth and development.

Do not feed rotten residue

Tofu dregs have a large water content, which will cause some organic acids to decompose for a long time, which is easy to decompose and deteriorate. If there is a mild sour taste, 50 grams of lime powder or baking soda powder should be added to each kilogram of tofu residue before feeding pigs. Stir evenly to neutralize acetic acid and improve appetite. Seriously rancid bean curd dregs, and do not feed pigs.

Unusable frozen slag

If the frozen residue is fed to pigs, it is easy to cause digestive disorders, so it should be melted before feeding.
