First, straw treatment: dry and mildew-free old straw is selected as the raw material for straw mushroom cultivation. In the suitable period for straw mushroom cultivation, the straw was exposed for 2 to 3 days on a sunny day, then 0.5 kg of straw was wound into a "8" shape and soaked in 2%-3% lime water for 5-8 hours. Remove, drain and pile up to ferment. Turn the pile when the reactor temperature rises to 60-70 ℃, and then turn the pile again when the central temperature of the haystack rises to 60-70 ℃. The fermentation period is 5-7 days, turn the pile twice, and soften the straw. The texture of fermented straw is soft, broken as soon as it is pulled, fragrant, not sour, and tea-brown.

Second, the comparative study of strain formula: through the comparative study of five different formulations of primary bacteria, it is concluded that the mycelium growth of the formula with glucose is the best. Through the comparative study of four formulations of secondary and tertiary bacteria, the best formula was selected as follows: 9 kg of wheat grain, 1 kg of rotten dung, 0.1 kg of gypsum powder, 0.01 kg of lime powder, proper amount of water and PH value of 7.5. Cover 15 grams of rotten animal dung on each bottle after bottling. According to this formula, the mycelium grows best.

Third, paving material sowing: every 60 centimeters leave 4-5 centimeters open space for filling, about 12 kilograms per square meter, one-time paving. Using wheat grain bacteria, the amount of seed is about 10% of the dry material, first sow at a distance of 5 cm × 5 cm, then spread a layer on the material surface, and finally, when the temperature is above 20 ℃ after inoculation with a plank, the bacteria should be checked on the third day. If the material temperature in the film exceeds 28 ℃, it can be ventilated and cooled at night, and do not frequently uncover the film ventilation so as not to cause mold pollution. As long as there is a flow of water in the ditch in the border, there is generally no high temperature. If miscellaneous bacteria pollution is found, 50 grams of caustic soda can be dissolved in 1 kg of water and injected in the contaminated area and periphery with syringes for 1 week, which has a certain prevention and control effect, and lime powder can also be used to cover the contaminated areas. Flat compaction, covered with film, covered with straw fungus.

Fourth, mushroom management: pay attention to the temperature change after sowing, control the stacking temperature below 32 ℃ within 2 weeks, prevent high temperature burning bacteria, generally do not uncover the film. From the second week after the broadcast, ventilation was carried out every 3 days. The method is to stir the plastic film a few times so that the excess carbon dioxide gas is discharged and then covered. In the 4th week after sowing, the mycelium of the material surface was white and had a strong mushroom flavor. When there are yellow water droplets on the material surface, it shows that the mycelium has been ready to produce mushrooms (it takes 25 to 30 days). At this time, temperature difference stimulation and light stimulation should be increased, and a large number of buds can appear after a few days. When the mushroom bud cap grows to 1 cm, spray water into the air every day to keep the air relative humidity at 85% and 95%. It takes 5-7 days from budding to harvest, harvesting and selling when the spores are not ejected.
