From the 15th to the 40th day of pregnancy, the fertilized eggs were implanted in the maternal endometrium and gradually formed the fetal membrane and placenta. At this time, do not strenuous exercise and feed poor quality moldy feed, otherwise it will cause miscarriage. To give nutritionally comprehensive feed, add green fodder and vitamin feed, because the feed nutrition is not complete, can also lead to embryo and fetal death.

In about 20 days of pregnancy, especially fine care, strengthen nutrition; 20-80 days of pregnancy can be fed more coarse feed, this stage sows need a lot of nutrition, increased appetite, can better eat coarse and green feed.

In the later stage of pregnancy, concentrate should be added to meet the needs of fetal growth and development, 15% and 30% of cakes or legumes should be added when preparing feed to ensure the need of protein, and an appropriate amount of bone meal (30-40 grams per day) should be supplemented to meet the needs of calcium and phosphorus. 0.5%-1% salt should also be added to the feed to increase appetite and promote metabolism.

In order to avoid breast distension after delivery, concentrate should be appropriately reduced and more coarse and green feed should be fed from 4 days before delivery to 6 days after delivery. Yang Chunlin
