Cultivation techniques of Lentinus edodes in open field

(1) Land selection and land preparation:

1. Choose the place. In principle, it is required to choose non-sticky, non-waterlogging and non-drought sandy soil plots, which are easy to manage. It is better to move from east to west in the direction of ridge.

2. Ground preparation. Autumn soil preparation, the previous crop stubble planing clean, made of 60 cm wide, 10 cm deep 10-15 cm geosyncline, trough bottom is concave in the middle, low on both sides, similar to the back of the tortoise. Lentinus edodes was planted in the field from March 15 to April 15 the following year.

Second, pre-broadcast preparation:

1. Preparation of tertiary bacteria and culture materials. The third-class species (production species) generally require 18 bottles of bacteria per square meter. The formula of cultivation material is: sawdust 78%, wheat bran 10%, rice sugar 10%, gypsum 1.5% 2.0%, plus carbendazim 0.1%, shavings or rice husks no more than 5%. The water content in the mixed and uniform culture material can reach 60%. When the steaming material is sterilized, steam in the steamer, steam for 2 hours at a temperature above 97 ℃, put it in a sterilized woven bag, cool it indoors to 20: 30 ℃ and sow seeds.

2. Preparation of straw curtains and straps. Lentinus edodes in the open field needs to be shaded by grass curtains. Straw curtains can be made of all kinds of straw, straw, tree strips, etc., with a width of 85cm and an unlimited length. The frame takes all kinds of tree strips, which are 1 to 1.2 meters long.

3. Other materials are prepared. The polyethylene film is 0.01mm to 0.014mm thick and 1.5m wide. The inoculation frame is made of wood with a width of 8 cm (unlimited length). Quicklime is prepared at 200 grams per square meter. In addition, prepare 50-55 cm long corn stalks or straw, and sterilize them with 1 ‰ carbendazim water before sowing.

3. Sowing seeds:

First of all, dig out the bacteria from the bottle (bag), remove the old skin and break it into small pieces, first mix the bacteria of 2thumb 3 evenly into the cool culture material, sow it into the inoculation frame covered with plastic, fill it up, spread it into the shape of the tortoise back with hands or wood, then spread the remaining 1ram 3 bacteria evenly on the material surface, and then pat the material surface with wood board. Put a sterilized and spicy corn straw or straw handle every 15 to 20 centimeters horizontally, put one longitudinally from the middle, and then reply to the plastic film on the remaining side, put it together on both sides, do not expose the culture material, and then cover the field with a thickness of 10 to 15 meters.

Fourth, management after sowing:

The growth and development of Lentinus edodes needs nutrients, temperature, water, air, light and suitable pH. After sowing, always check whether there is a place with exposed plastic film, and cover the soil in time, and thicken the soil where the soil is thin, so as to prevent high temperature scalding the surface hyphae and infecting miscellaneous bacteria.

1. Management of mycelial stage. About 1 week after sowing, the bacteria were observed regularly, the changes of temperature and moisture in the material were grasped, ventilation was carried out in time, and direct light was prevented.

2. Management of color conversion period. When the mycelium of the material surface is white and consistent, it means that the mycelium has eaten through the culture material, and the soil should be sprinkled at this time. After a period of time, the soil began to change color. During the color conversion period, you should first hit the shade shed and cover the grass curtain. Secondly, ventilation should promote color conversion, maintain the temperature, prevent moisture loss, and eliminate stagnant water on the material surface in time.

3. Management of mushroom production period. Generally sowing in early April, "news mushroom" can be seen in late August. During this period, we should adjust the shade shed, control air temperature and moisture, strengthen ventilation, reduce the invasion of miscellaneous bacteria, and prevent drought in autumn.

During the mushroom period, the suitable temperature pool circumference is 5: 25 ℃, the best is 12: 20 ℃, the temperature difference between day and night is 5: 10 ℃, the humidity is 60%, and the light is scattered light. This period of air shortage, easy to produce deformed mushrooms and small old mushrooms, can be supplemented by adjusting the height of the grass curtain.

4. Management of overwintering period. Before sealing the land, lay leaves or straw on the surface of the material, and then cover the soil with the plastic film that originally wrapped the culture material. Prevent too much snow in winter. The accumulation of water on the culture material area for too long caused the hyphae to suffocate due to lack of oxygen.

5. Harvest:

??? Lentinus edodes are harvested when they are about to open their umbrellas. It should be dried or dried after harvest.
