The production of many kinds of mushrooms is coming to an end in autumn, and greenhouse disinfection has become the primary task of mushroom farmers. How to improve the efficacy of disinfection and sterilization in mushroom shed?

Clean the shed and disinfect it.

Remove all the waste bags from the production of edible fungi out of the shed and clean them up. Because the waste after the production of edible fungi is easy to breed miscellaneous bacteria, resulting in an increase in the number of pathogenic spores in the shed, it should be removed thoroughly.

Disinfect with medicine.

When using chemicals to sterilize the mushroom shed, mushroom farmers can choose sulfur, formaldehyde-potassium permanganate, sodium dichloroisocyanurate and other fumigation sterilization. Among these three, the sulfur dioxide produced by sulfur combustion can have the dual effect of sterilization and insecticidal, but the sulfur dioxide produced in use is also easy to react with water vapor in the air to form sulfite and corrode the steel wire in the mushroom shed. When using formaldehyde-potassium permanganate disinfection, we should pay attention to pour powder first and then water agent, that is, first pour potassium permanganate into the container, and then pour formaldehyde on potassium permanganate, do not reverse the order of use, formaldehyde and potassium permanganate react violently, to prevent the liquid from splashing on the body. The method of using sodium dichloroisocyanurate is the simplest, as long as the amount of 3 grams per cubic meter of space is used, 15-25 points are set up in the shed according to every 667 square meters, and the agent can be ignited. Of course, qualified mushroom farmers had better first remove the greenhouse film from the upper part of the shed, sterilize it with ultraviolet light in the sun, and then disinfect it with chemicals before planting edible fungi.

Ventilation and exhaust.

After the completion of the sterilization and disinfection of the mushroom shed, the mushroom farmers should also pay attention to timely ventilation and discharge the poisonous gas from the greenhouse to prevent the future production of edible fungi from affecting the growth of edible fungi.
