The land should be cleaned up before planting. Asparagus is suitable for cultivation in sandy soil with loose and fertile soil, good air permeability, deep soil layer, rich organic matter and pH value of 6-8. First fertilize in the field, apply 3000 kg of mature fence fertilizer per mu, turn deep into the soil, and prepare the land for border width of 150cm-160cm. Open a planting ditch in the middle of the border, 40 cm wide and 30-40 cm deep. Then fertilize in the planting ditch, apply 2000 kg organic fertilizer and 30 kg compound fertilizer per mu, mix well with the soil, spread it at the bottom of the ditch, cover the soil, make the planting ditch level with the border surface, and prepare for planting.

When raising the seedling, the fleshy root should be kept longer, dig the seedling as deep as possible, and raise the seedling with soil, so as not to hurt the root during seedling and planting. The seedlings should not be planted every other day. It is best to plant seedlings at the same time.

When planting, according to the plant distance of 30-40 cm, dig the planting hole, put the seedlings into the planting hole, cover the soil and compact. Generally, about 1500 seedlings can be planted per mu.

Immediately after planting, dung water was poured into the planting ditch with 1000 kg of clear water dung mixed with 1 kg of 40% bamboo shoots per mu.
