The 15th Asian Tourism Promotion Conference (Council for Promotion of Tourism in Asia, CPTA) was held in Jakarta, Indonesia, on the 3rd. Taipei promotes the tourism market of the ten ASEAN countries non-stop. In addition to inviting people to explore the characteristics of different cities at the stalls of member cities on September 3 and 4, September 5 and 6 will also share with member cities how to shape strong and powerful tourist impressions to attract tourists. Hope to gather Asian forces to create a new blue ocean for tourism.

The Taipei Tourism and Communication Bureau was the host city of last year's Asian Tourism Promotion Conference, including the packaging and promotion of "an Asian passport One Asia Pass" products, the update of the official website, and the exchange of advertisements with various cities. These are all major achievements that have been well received after last year's conference. This year, I was invited to Jakarta to attend the Asian Tourism Promotion Conference. Apart from setting up booths at the venue to interact with the Indonesian people, I will also present the city's important marketing plans and achievements at the conference and share them with other cities.

Jian Yuyan, director of tourism communication, said that in order to actively expand the tourism market of the ten ASEAN countries, the Tourism Communication Bureau targeted Indonesia for the second wave after a series of promotional activities in Thailand and Malaysia this year. The Asian Tourism Promotion Conference happened to be held in Jakarta. This opportunity can not only exchange valuable opinions on tourism promotion with Asian member cities, but also get in close contact with the public, which is very beneficial to the development of tourism. The Tourism and Communication Bureau will also continue to cultivate the ten ASEAN countries and Muslim markets in the future, hoping to attract more tourists.
