The flood caused by continuous heavy rainfall will cause some damage to vegetable production facilities, such as solar greenhouse, large and medium arch shed and so on. To this end, before and after the flood, vegetable farmers should take early measures to strengthen the maintenance of facilities in order to reduce losses and put into new production as soon as possible.

I. Solar greenhouse

(1) for the old solar greenhouse, the back slope should be repaired in time, the potholes should be plugged to form a smooth and gentle slope, and the back slope and back wall should be covered with film or rain-proof non-woven fabric. If the old greenhouse film is used, the damaged place should be mended and reused; if you choose a new rain-proof film, you should choose a film with good extrusion resistance and elasticity, and the thickness of the film should be guaranteed, so it is not appropriate to choose a too thin agricultural film as a rain-proof film for the rear wall. The width and length of the selected rainproof film should be slightly larger than the height and length of the greenhouse itself, so as to facilitate the airtight wall and fixation. The upper part of the film should be fixed at the top of the back slope of the greenhouse, spread flat and compacted with soil, and the lower part of the film is pressed at the bottom of the back wall. In order to prevent the film from being damaged by the wind, the film can be compacted with bricks or other heavy objects at a certain distance on the film.

(2) for newly-built solar greenhouses without plastic film, the rear walls and gables should be fully covered with plastic film as soon as possible to prevent the walls from being washed away and collapsed by Rain Water.

(3) for the damaged solar greenhouse, it is necessary to repair and replace the damaged greenhouse film. Second, we should cultivate soil to repair the damaged walls. For the slightly damaged wall, it can be locally reinforced with soil, or built with brick or concrete; for the wall with large damaged area, the suitable wet soil can be loaded into a woven bag and compacted; for the wall with serious damage and no repair value, it can be mechanically flattened, re-built the wall and rammed in layers. Third, it is necessary to repair the greenhouse skeleton. The partially collapsed greenhouse skeleton should be leveled and corrected to ensure that the skeleton is vertically in a plane; for the seriously deformed skeleton, the original east-west longitudinal connection should be disconnected and then reconnected after leveling; for the seriously collapsed and irreparable skeleton, the new skeleton should be removed and installed.

(4) to renovate the drainage facilities. Dig drainage ditches between sheds to ensure smooth drainage. In order to prevent Rain Water from pouring into the shed, sandbags can be used at the bottom corner of the front roof and the entrance of the greenhouse to avoid flooding the shed and damaging the wall.

II. Large and medium arch shed

(1) the skeletons of large and medium sheds should be repaired in time, and those with serious damage and deformation that cannot be repaired should be replaced as soon as possible.

(2) repair or replace the greenhouse film, re-tighten the pressing film line, and strengthen the greenhouse film, insect prevention net and sunshade net, so as to avoid the harm of rainstorm and strong wind. Do a good job of fencing around the large and medium-sized shed, or digging drainage ditches between the sheds to prevent Rain Water from pouring into the shed.
