In order to help job-seekers in the new northern area to find jobs quickly, the service office specially organized "recruitment activities for the middle and advanced age and some working hours," and invited 20 manufacturers to release nearly 600 job opportunities. The localized and diversified job opportunities attracted many people to participate. Before the activity started early in the morning, many middle-aged and elderly job-seekers from the surrounding neighborhoods came to the scene to apply. Nearly 50% of the job seekers who participated in the interview were middle-aged and elderly job-seekers, and the preliminary matchmaking rate of middle-aged and elderly people also reached 40%.

The attendants who shuttled through the scene patiently assisted the public in their media work. Mr. Chen was a middle-aged and elderly job-hunting friend with high education. Wu Jen-Yu, director of the service, said that middle-aged and elderly job-seekers spend a long time looking for a job, and it is easy to set limits on themselves to find a job, so they will miss many opportunities, so special activities are held to increase job-hunting opportunities for the general public.
