1. Take engineering measures to repair

The sloping farmland distributed in the mountainous and hilly area, the cultivated land on both sides of the river valley and terrace are seriously damaged by flood, so engineering measures must be taken to repair it.

1. Renovate the terraces. Renovate terraced wall dams and ridges damaged by floods, remove silt and sand, and build stone dams at the same time to consolidate gully protection projects.

two。 Level the land. If the cultivated land is seriously eroded by the flood, it is necessary to fill the gully, level the land, and keep the cultivated land flat.

3. The guest soil is restored to cultivation. If the soil loss of cultivated land caused by flood erosion is serious, it is necessary to restore ploughing by cushioning the soil with guest soil and increasing the thickness of the soil layer, so that the soil layer reaches about 50 cm.

4. Eliminate stagnant water. The cultivated land soaked by the flood should be drained or pumped by water pumps to remove stagnant water as soon as possible and prevent long-term flooding.

Second, take agronomic measures to improve fattening

After the cultivated land was washed, eroded and soaked by flood, the soil structure became worse, the ability of water and fertilizer conservation decreased, soil nutrients were lost, and soil fertility decreased. The following agronomic measures can be taken for fattening and improvement.

1. Break the soil consolidation. After the cultivated land is soaked by flood, it is easy to deposit sediment, and the soil is easy to harden after drying, which is not conducive to the growth of crops. Ploughing and hoing in the field should be carried out in time, which is beneficial to dispersing soil moisture, improving rhizosphere environment, breaking plough layer consolidation and preventing root injury and seedling injury.

two。 Replenish soil nutrients. In the cultivated land flooded by flood, the loss of soil nutrients is serious, so quick-acting fertilizers should be applied in time to supplement nutrients to promote crop growth.

3. Apply more organic fertilizer. After the cultivated land is destroyed by water, the texture of the plough layer of the soil is easy to become sandy or sticky, and the content of organic matter is reduced. Therefore, it is necessary to vigorously increase the application of organic fertilizer, more than 3 to 5 square meters of high-quality farm manure per mu, and commercial organic fertilizer can be applied conditionally to restore soil fertility.

Third, take biological measures to improve

Serious water damage to arable land, legume alfalfa, sweet clover, Tianqing and other green manure can be planted to turn over and return to the field to improve the soil.
