The application of bio-organic fertilizer can overcome the obstacle of continuous cropping in vegetable field.
China is a large vegetable production country, but the continuous cultivation of vegetables and high-benefit intensive agricultural production have brought a heavy burden to the soil, soil continuous cropping biological obstacles emerge one after another, the protected soil for many years can not be cultivated, need to change soil. A large number of studies have shown that the main cause of soil-borne diseases is that the allelopathic substances in the roots of continuous cropping host plants stimulate the proliferation of soil-borne pathogenic fungi and significantly reduce the number of beneficial bacteria and actinomycetes. In order to overcome and prevent and control the biological obstacles of soil continuous cropping, the fundamental way is to reconstruct the disease-suppressing soil microflora through soil green treatment and adding exogenous beneficial functional microorganisms. the effect of exogenous beneficial functional microorganisms in soil or rhizosphere (root surface) is the key technology to overcome and control soil-borne diseases, which is often achieved by the application of bio-organic fertilizer in production. Bio-organic fertilizer is a new type of fertilizer made by inoculating exogenous functional microorganisms into decomposed compost and amino acid organic carrier for secondary solid fermentation. Its effective functional bacteria must reach 20 million / g fertilizer, organic fertilizer 45%, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium total nutrients 5%, moisture less than 30%.
Application of bio-organic fertilizer to increase production and increase efficiency: on fields where there are no soil-borne diseases, sticking to the application of bio-organic fertilizer every season can delay the occurrence of soil-borne diseases for 5 ~ 8 years, with an average yield of more than 20% and an efficiency of more than 40%. In the fields with mild occurrence of soil-borne diseases (less than 5%), the rate of prevention and control of soil-borne diseases by applying bio-organic fertilizer was 60%, the average yield was more than 15%, and the efficiency was more than 35%. In the fields with moderate occurrence of soil-borne diseases (5%-20%), the rate of prevention and control of soil-borne diseases by applying bio-organic fertilizer is about 50%, the average yield is more than 10%, and the efficiency is more than 30%. In the fields with severe occurrence of soil-borne diseases (more than 20%), soil and treatment were adopted first, and then bio-organic fertilizer was applied to control soil-borne diseases, with an average yield of more than 50% and a synergistic effect of more than 40%.
Key points of fertilization technology: bio-organic fertilizer products contain functional bacteria that promote plant growth and antagonize soil-borne pathogens, and functional bacteria carry out secondary solid fermentation in mature compost and amino acid organic carriers. Functional bacteria can propagate in large numbers in the soil with the help of mature compost and amino acids after being applied as basic fertilizer, and gradually migrate to the root surface after the root system of vegetables grows. The host plant root exudates were used to form biofilm or dominant community on the root surface of vegetables to promote vegetable growth and antagonize soil-borne pathogens.
Note: first, double application in nutrition bowl and transplanting field, in which nutrition bowl dosage is 1%, transplanting field application amount is 100 kg / mu, the best point application or strip application; second, adhere to continuous application every season; third, according to the different incidence of soil-borne diseases, determine the application model, for those fields that have soil-borne diseases, it is recommended to use the method of soil green treatment and bio-organic fertilizer.
