Analgin can be used as a hot analgesic and has strong analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and anti-rheumatic effects. However, Anai has some toxic and side effects, and many pig farmers know little about the taboos and adverse reactions of this drug. There will be abuse and lead to all kinds of diseases. Then combined with the author's discussion to make an end for everyone, for reference.

Analgin belongs to pyrazolone antipyretic analgesics, which is an adduct of aminopyrine and sodium sulfite. It has antipyretic, analgesic and antirheumatic effects. It is characterized by soluble in water obvious antipyretic effect and quick antipyretic effect which is 3 times higher than that of aminopyrine and has no side effects on gastrointestinal tract like non-steroidal analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs.

The adverse reactions of analgin are:

(1) allergic reaction: a small number of diseased pigs will have allergic dermatitis and drug fever after the application of this drug, and serious ones can cause death.

(2) liver and kidney damage: jaundice, hepatomegaly, increased transaminase, renal failure and so on.

(3) Hematological reaction: long-term use is easy to cause leukopenia, granular leukopenia and thrombocytopenia.

(4) toxic reaction: a large dose may occur weakness of limbs, fever, conjunctival congestion, tremor, convulsion, coma and even coma, slow and irregular breathing, and finally toxic crises such as rapid heartbeat, weak pulse, hypothermia, pale skin and so on.

The antipyretic effect of analgin combined with chlorpromazine is enhanced, which can lead to a serious decrease in body temperature, and can enhance the effects of prednisone and thiopental sodium. Therefore, it is not suitable for long-term use. However, in the breeding production, some pig farms will immediately inject analgin as soon as they find pig fever, which is not advisable. It is necessary to analyze the cause of the disease and then use the medicine cautiously.
