???? I. Rescue livestock and poultry and feed, and do a good job in strengthening and repairing livestock and poultry pens.

1. Transfer all feed and livestock raised in low-lying places to high-altitude water-free pens, build temporary pens and pergolas with good thermal insulation performance, so as to avoid livestock and poultry being attacked by heavy rainfall. Do a good job in the storage of forage grass and feed to prevent rain and mildew.

2. Check and strengthen the pens (including the ceiling), overhaul the roofs and doors and windows of all pens, feed and medicine warehouses, and repair the places where there is leakage in time to avoid livestock and poultry being drenched and feed and medicine getting wet.

3, as soon as possible to sell treatment to reach the listing age of livestock and poultry and reach the elimination age of breeding stock, in order to reduce losses.

4. Reserve feed, vaccine, veterinary drug and bedding materials in time to prevent road interruption in flood season from affecting normal production.

???? II. Do a good job in breeding management in flood season

1, to let livestock and poultry drink clean water, put an end to drinking dirty water, let alone drinking water contaminated by livestock and poultry excreta or livestock and poultry carcasses.

2, to let livestock and poultry eat more comprehensive nutrition, qualified feed, put an end to eating moldy feed. Drinking water or feed supplement multi-dimensional, electrolyte and other health care, anti-stress drugs, and add some amoxicillin, flubenicol and other antibacterial drugs, in order to enhance the disease resistance of livestock and poultry, prevent secondary infection and bacterial diseases.

3. Strengthen disinfection and completely eliminate the ward. Farms after torrential rain, especially those flooded by flood, are easy to breed various pathogenic microorganisms. Therefore, on the basis of repairing and reinforcing damaged shelters, livestock should clean up silt and dirt in time, and strictly disinfect all pens, roads, feeding troughs, utensils and the surrounding environment of the farm. If necessary, disinfection can be carried out for several days continuously to completely and thoroughly eliminate the existing pathogenic bacteria in the field or introduced from the boundary, and prevent the occurrence of epidemic diseases.

4, to do a good job in the ventilation of the pen. Flood season usually wind and rain, should close the doors and windows, but at the same time pay attention to ventilation, in case of carbon monoxide and other gas poisoning, resulting in death. Can be weak in the wind and rain to stop the gap in time to open half window ventilation. If there is ventilation equipment, livestock and poultry houses can be ventilated regularly. Clean up the feces in the house in time, replace the wet bedding, keep the house dry as far as possible, and avoid diseases caused by excessive humidity and ammonia.

5, do a good job in pollution control work, timely do a good job of drainage around livestock and poultry houses, clean up livestock and poultry manure away from water sources, centralized accumulation fermentation treatment, to avoid water and livestock waste caused by environmental pollution, affecting livestock and poultry production safety.

6, harmless treatment of animal carcasses. Livestock and poultry drowned in flood season, especially in hot weather, may also transmit diseases to healthy livestock and poultry. In order to eliminate hidden dangers, farm households shall timely salvage and carry away corpses, put dead animals into harmless treatment pool (corpse pool), or dig pits for deep burial in plots far away from water source and high terrain, and strictly disinfect relevant sites to prevent the spread of germs endangering human and animal safety. Sick (drowned) dead livestock and poultry should strictly adopt the "four prohibitions and one treatment", that is, no slaughter, no food, no sale, no transfer. Dead livestock and poultry must be treated innocuously to prevent the spread of epidemic diseases and endanger human and animal safety.

7, the flood season sometimes low temperature, chicken house should take local insulation, in case of cold.

8, the flood season sometimes greatly reduced sunshine, laying hens should strengthen the light, give 16- 17 hours of continuous light every day, light intensity to ensure that not less than 32 lux, to prevent egg production reduced.

9. Check and reinforce chicken houses. Check and dredge drains. Carefully check the wiring in the yard to ensure that the power supply is normal.

10, timely supplement feed and other production materials.

? III. Do a good job in the prevention and control of animal diseases in flood season.

After the flood season, the infectious diseases that are generally prone to occur are mainly avian influenza, chicken Newcastle disease, swine fever, foot and mouth disease, Escherichia coli disease and some respiratory diseases. In this regard, one is to closely monitor the antibody level, carry out emergency immunization, especially for livestock and poultry beyond the immune protection period and newly supplemented pens, to ensure that the immune density reaches 100%. Second, pay close attention to the epidemic situation. Once abnormal conditions such as acute incidence, rapid spread, high incidence rate or high mortality rate of livestock and poultry are found, they should immediately report to the local animal husbandry and veterinary department or animal health supervision institute, and cooperate with the government department to deal with the epidemic situation. Third, strengthen disinfection and elimination of sources and diagnosis and treatment of sick livestock and poultry to prevent the occurrence and spread of epidemic diseases. Fourth, strengthen quarantine supervision over the transportation, processing and storage of livestock and poultry, severely crack down on illegal activities in the management of sick and dead livestock and poultry, and ensure the safety of people and livestock.

According to the provisions of GB16548-2006, the specific requirements for burial (deep burial) treatment of diseased animal carcasses are as follows:

1. The burial site should be far away from schools, public places, residential areas, villages, animal breeding and slaughtering places, drinking water sources, rivers and other areas.

2. Before burial, the corpses of diseased animals and diseased animal products to be buried shall be incinerated;

3. Lay 2 cm of primary lime at the bottom of the buried pit;

4. After burial, the buried soil shall be tamped, and the upper layer of diseased animal carcasses and diseased animal products shall be more than 1.5 meters away from the ground;

5. The surface of the dead bodies of sick animals and sick animal products after incineration, as well as the surface environment after burial, should be sprayed and disinfected with effective disinfectants.
