2016 Taiwan's Top 20 International Brands Announced ASUS won the title for 4 consecutive years

In 2016, Taiwan's top 20 international brands announced that Asustek won the championship for four consecutive years.

Sponsored by the Industrial Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, implemented by the Taiwan Economic Research Institute, and undertaken by Interbrand, a global authoritative brand value survey agency, the 2016 Taiwan International Brand value Survey was released on November 29th. Asustek won the championship for four consecutive years, while trend Technology and Wangwang Holdings once again ranked second and third. China Trust Financial Holdings (CTBC) achieved good results when it entered the list for the first time, grabbing fourth place in one fell swoop.

The Taiwan International Brand value Survey is to introduce the same brand evaluation system as Interbrand's "ranking of the Top 100 Brands in the World". This year, Asustek continued to expand its business territory through excellent innovation, taking the top spot again with a brand value of US $1.748 billion. Chinatrust Financial Holdings, which entered the list for the first time, broke through the threshold of internationalization of the financial industry and won the throne by transforming a comprehensive solution platform and creating a digital experience.

According to this year's overall brand value survey, the industrial pattern of Taiwan's top 20 international brands is more diversified and macro. Including: consumer electronics industry (such as Asustek, HTC and Acer), sports health industry (such as giant, Merida, Qiaoshan), technology industry (such as Advantech, Delta Electronics, MediaTek), financial services (China Trust, China rent holding), food and beverage industry (such as Wangwang, gourmet talent, unified) and beauty industry (Cristina) and so on. Among them, as high as 5 Taiwan international brand enterprises, the brand value shows a strong double-digit growth, the performance is quite eye-catching.

Interbrand, who is in charge of price evaluation, said that Taiwan enterprises continue to strengthen their brand awareness, pay more attention to and invest in brand building and operation, and even in the face of the rapidly changing market environment, there is still a positive layout for the trend of "big, smart, mobile, cloud, thing" (big data, smart city, mobile Internet, cloud technology, Internet of things), which will lay a solid foundation for future development.
