? I. selection of cultivation materials

The best choice of fruit sawdust, poplar, willow, mulberry, locust, paulownia and other broad-leaved forest sawdust as well as cottonseed shell, corncob, cotton stalk, bean straw can also be used after crushing. But the raw materials must be fresh. All trees that contain aromatic substances, such as pine, cypress, fir, etc., generally can not be directly used as base materials.

? Second, the suitable period of cultivation

The best inoculation period is September, during which the daily average temperature is below 28 ℃, which is beneficial to indoor bacteria infection. After 60-80 days of culture, the average daily temperature was not less than 12 ℃ when the mushroom was produced outdoors.

? III. Cultivation and management

The specific measures and operation methods of bacterial bag cultivation after inoculation are as follows:

1-6 days after inoculation, the hyphae were in the stage of germination and colonization, and the room temperature was controlled within 28 ℃.

After 7 to 10 days, the mycelium began to grow, and the temperature was controlled at about 26 ℃. Start to turn the pile for the first time on the seventh day, handle it gently when turning the pile, check the bacterial bag and miscellaneous bacteria infection, and find that miscellaneous bacteria should be dealt with in time. From now on, ventilation will be done 2-3 times a day for 30 minutes each time.

From 11 to 15 days, the hyphae entered the vigorous growth period, and the room temperature should be controlled below 24 ℃. Increase ventilation and turn the pile for the second time.

After 16-20 days of inoculation, the mycelium proliferated greatly, and the room temperature should be controlled at 22 ℃ ~ 24 ℃. At this time, it is necessary to remove the cover film of the bacterial bag in time, and appropriately increase the ventilation to evacuate the bacterial bag to prevent high-temperature burning bags and infection of green mold.

After 21 days, the mycelium of the inoculation hole was connected gradually, and the temperature of the bag was 5 ℃ ~ 10 ℃ higher than that of room temperature. In addition to cooling down in bulk, toothpicks, sweater needles and bamboo chopsticks could be used to increase oxygen in turn. It is generally punctured every 10 days, gradually increasing and deepening.

After 30 days, the tumor began to appear, covered with bacterial bags in 45 days, protruding in 50-60 days, and water droplets began to be secreted in the hyphae. When the tumor changes from hard to soft, the surface of the bacterial bag appears brown, this stage is called color change. Color conversion is a complex physiological process, which takes 10 to 15 days. During this period, the temperature should be controlled at about 22 ℃, the air relative humidity should be 80% to 90%, properly ventilated, the shade of doors and windows should be removed, and light stimulation should be given.

After 60-70 days, the mycelium grows full and the color changes to the end, then it can be transferred to the management of the mushroom emergence period.
