Commercial broilers have the characteristics of short feeding cycle and fast growth, and the key to raising commercial broilers lies in feeding management and environmental control. In the process of raising, we should pay attention to meticulous operation and fully do a good job in the disinfection of all facilities in the chicken house. Then use the scientific feeding management model to give full play to the best feeding advantages.

? Prepare before entering the chicken

For commercial broilers, the preparation before entering the chicken is very important. The best feeding method should consider the all-in-all-out mode. Whenever a batch of broilers are out of the pen, the henhouse should be thoroughly disinfected and the residual feces should be removed in time. After cleaning the chicken house, 3% sodium hydroxide solution and 0.4%-0.5% chlorpromazine solution can be sprayed and disinfected for 2 ~ 3 times. After disinfection, the chicken coop should be treated with empty house for more than a week. If the air circulation is poor, the time of the empty house can be extended appropriately; if there are residual feces and chicken feathers around the chicken house, it should also be cleaned in time, and then disinfected with lime powder. Two days before entering the chicken, the temperature in the henhouse should be raised to about 33 ℃, mainly to ensure the temperature of the brooding room.

? Main points of feeding

Control the feeding density. In most areas, commercial broilers are raised on the Internet, and some of them are raised on the ground, but the feeding density of chicks must be strictly controlled when entering the nursery. If the density is too high, it is easy to squeeze and eat unevenly, which affects the growth and development of chicks; if the density is too low, it will cause waste of facilities and is not conducive to heat preservation. Farmers should control the density according to the feeding space, because controlling the feeding density is a necessary means to improve the healthy growth of commercial broilers.

Temperature and humidity control. The temperature and humidity of the chicken house also have a great influence on the growth rate of commercial broilers. In the whole growth process of chickens, it is necessary to strengthen ventilation and strictly control the temperature and humidity. If the temperature is suitable, the chicks sleep quietly, evenly distributed, have a good appetite, scream when the temperature is low, and drink frequently when the temperature is high. The temperature and ventilation of the chicken house interact and influence each other, and ventilation is very important in the process of breeding. according to the author's feeding experience, it is suggested that the chicken house should be ventilated when the weather is fine at noon every day in winter. this can ensure that the temperature of the chicken house will not be affected, the general ventilation time should be kept at 10 ~ 20 minutes, and the ventilation time should be increased in hot summer. The relative humidity in the brooding room is high in the front and low in the back, 60% to 70% in the early stage, and 50% to 60% after 10 days of age. Excessive humidity can easily lead to coccidiosis.

Feed as soon as possible. The growth rate of commercial broilers is fast. In order to develop the digestive organs of chicks and improve the immune system as soon as possible, it is necessary to let chicks eat as soon as possible and obtain nutrition through the feed in the digestive tract. After the chick comes out of its shell, there needs to be an adaptive process in obtaining nutrients in feed. There are still 4 ~ 7 grams of egg yolk in the chicks after coming out of the shell, which is the only nutritional supplement before eating and before adapting to the digestive tract. However, the time for providing nutrition is limited, and if the chicks cannot adapt to the nutrients contained in the feed in the shortest possible time, it will inevitably affect future growth. Therefore, when the chicks enter the nursery, they should be fed and drunk in time.

Feed feeding method. The feed needed for the growth and development of commercial broilers is different at different stages, and the requirements of nutritional composition and particle size in the feed are different. As a commercial broiler, the maladaptation in the process of changing feed is very obvious, such as indigestion, or green in feces, which can cause feed waste and disease in serious cases. Therefore, great attention should be paid to the replacement of feed, and the feed should be changed gradually to allow chicks to have an adaptive process. If negligence is easy to cause symptoms, it should be controlled in time through drugs such as Jianwei Xiaoshi Powder and Pingwei Powder to avoid unnecessary stress reaction.
