Wei County has long encouraged the combination of resources and kinetic energy from all walks of life to gather the strength of the green energy industry to jointly promote the development of Changhua into Taiwan's green energy culture and wisdom capital, and the oriental green energy Saudi Arabia rising from the wind.

Wei Minggu, the county magistrate, said that this time, representatives of more than 20 wind, solar and other related industries as well as foreign friends were invited to hold the Changhua County Green Energy Forum to draw on collective wisdom, and Lin Quaneng, director of the Energy Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, was also invited to talk to him. Standing at the height of the country's development of green energy industry, the Changhua county government should not only cooperate with the central government, but also strive for the rights and interests that local governments deserve for the benefit of the villagers of Changhua County. Changhua County government expects to set up Changhua Renewable Energy Power Company in the future, and will formulate autonomous regulations to protect the green energy industry, hoping to win carbon rights and carbon rights certification from the central government in the future, so as to increase the income of Changhua County.
