Interstitial pneumonia is a common disease of the lungs. Lymphocyte interstitial pneumonia is also a kind of interstitial pneumonia (LIP). It is the diffuse infiltration of mature small lymphocytes in the pulmonary interstitium (alveolar septum, vascular wall and bronchial wall). It is generally a chronic and benign disease with a small amount of plasma cells and histiocytes. there is no lymph node lesion and necrosis in the lung. Active hepatitis is a disease complicated by adult lymphocyte interstitial pneumonia.

Lymphocyte interstitial pneumonia

Lymphocyte interstitial pneumonia, mostly in immunodeficiency patients, mainly this kind of infants and other children infected with HIV, the disease is lymphocyte interstitial pneumonia, AIDS and so on. Adults will be accompanied by chronic active hepatitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, thyroiditis, own immune hemolytic anemia, myasthenia gravis and so on. The histological structures of lymphocytic interstitial pneumonia and pseudolymphoma are very similar.

Therefore, some scholars and experts call lymphocyte interstitial pneumonia as diffuse lymphocyte interstitial pneumonia or diffuse lymphoid tissue-like hyperplasia, in order to distinguish it from pulmonary pseudolymphoma. In adulthood, lymphocytic interstitial pneumonia is often complicated with active hepatitis, which is actually infected with hepatitis B virus, and acute hepatitis B occurs, which turns into chronic active hepatitis, which is called chronic active hepatitis B.

Chronic active hepatitis

The transformation from acute hepatitis B to chronic hepatitis B is mainly caused by treatment errors, delayed treatment time, overwork, excessive drinking, immune dysfunction and so on, and transformed into chronic active hepatitis. Systemic lupus erythematosus, thyroiditis, autoimmune hemolytic anemia, myasthenia gravis and so on may occur at the same time or later.
