I. cultivation specifications

Its specification is 15cm × 40cm, that is, plant spacing 15cm, row spacing 40cm, planting 11100 plants per mu, using intercropping under forest to improve the comprehensive benefit of land.

Second, cultivation time

The planting time is divided into autumn planting and spring planting, autumn planting should be carried out in the middle and late ten days of October, and spring planting should be carried out in the middle and late April.

III. Cultivation techniques

1. First of all, deep ploughing, loosening the soil, removing weeds, removing larger stones and so on. Deep ploughing and loosening soil should reach more than 20-25cm, apply fully mature human and animal manure or barnyard manure l500~2000kg as base fertilizer per mu, and mix well with the deep soil layer of 5~10cm. The method of ploughing and ploughing the land after planting can not be adopted, because only by deeply ploughing and loosening the soil before planting can we create good conditions for root growth, otherwise we can not make up for its defects. After deep ploughing, the soil should be beaten fine and the ground is loose and smooth.

2. Dig the nest according to the plant spacing of 15cm × 40cm, dig the nest with lime or plant ash, 10~15cm the depth and width of the nest, and separate the topsoil from the inner soil.

3. Before applying sufficient base fertilizer to plant Polygonum cuspidatum, rotten soil miscellaneous fertilizer was applied in the dug nest to improve soil fertility, improve soil structure, enhance the ability of soil water and fertilizer conservation, and provide good growth conditions for root growth. Apply 1000-1500kg miscellaneous fertilizer per mu. After applying the base fertilizer, fill a layer of topsoil 3-5 cm thick.

4. 1-2-year-old rhizomes with root buds were taken from the old roots and soaked in 0.5 ‰ 920 for 5 minutes for 10 minutes before transplanting, and the suitable length of each segment was 1Ocm. When planting along the border, the angle between the planting and the border is 30 °~ 45 °, the plant spacing is 15cm, the row spacing is 40cm, and the seeds with root buds are planted in one reverse and two positive directions, so that there is more room for plant growth. After planting, the compound fertilizer based on phosphorus and potassium fertilizer was sprinkled on it, the amount of compound fertilizer was 2O~25kg per mu, and then covered with soil 3~4cm, water permeated, and then covered with soil 4~5cm, so that the thickness of the soil covered twice reached 8~10cm. It is best to cover with mulch when planting in autumn, which has a certain protective effect on planting, and it can be removed before turning green in spring, so as to increase the ground temperature and promote growth.

IV. Field management

1. If the ground is uneven after digging and planting, it will be leveled in time so that it can be managed in the future.

2. Fertilization before the germination of Polygonum cuspidatum in early spring, open a shallow ditch between the two rows to bury rotten human and animal dung or barnyard manure 2000 kg / mu, water twice, spray 0.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution 120kg / mu in mid-late June, and spray it again every 10-15 days. Foliar spraying potash fertilizer can inhibit the steep growth of stems and leaves and promote root expansion, which can increase the yield by 20% and loosen the soil and weed when the seedling height is 5-8 cm. Water is watered during drought. From May to June every year, human and animal manure 1000Kg or barnyard manure 1500Kg were applied per mu, and then watered.

3. Weeding is done once in March and June every year. 100 kg of water, 10 kg of glyphosate per mu, 1.5 kg of glyphosate and 0.2 kg of washing powder are mixed and sprayed on weeds on a sunny day. Be careful not to spray the liquid on the stems and leaves of Polygonum cuspidatum. In autumn, before the weeds set seeds, we should eliminate the "fruiting grass" once, put an end to the spread of weed seeds and reduce the harm in the coming year. After falling seedlings in winter, eradicate weeds and cover them on the rhizome surface of Polygonum cuspidatum, in case the temperature is too low in winter and freeze the rhizome of Polygonum cuspidatum.
