In his speech, Mayor Lai Qingde first congratulated Huamei Optics on passing the evaluation of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and becoming the 23rd tourist factory in Tainan. It is believed that the establishment of this factory will promote tourism business opportunities around the Anding District and provide people with more diversified tourism choices. Mayor Lai pointed out that Huamei is the first professional glasses laboratory in Taiwan to obtain ISO17025 certification, as well as ISO9000, ISO14000 and WRAP certification. And in 2002 the acquisition of sports glasses brand-"720armour", the introduction of Taiwan manufacturing and sales. Nowadays, the products produced by the company have been sold all over China, Japan, South Korea, Germany, Southeast Asia and so on. It is expected to become an extreme brand in extreme sports in the future.
