The jasmine belongs to the family Meliloidae and Jasminum, with a florescence from June to October, with emerald green leaves, clean white jade and soft fragrance, which is regarded as the first of all fragrant flowers and has excellent ornamental value as well as high economic value.

I. pelvic body

The basin body is mainly plastic basin, and the survival rate of jasmine is up to 90%. The survival rate of using tile basin is about 80%, its growth potential is not as strong as plastic pot plants, the leaves are small, are not resistant to drought, and are basically watered every day. According to the analysis of the reason, because the tile basin is gray and black, it is easy to absorb heat under direct sunlight. At noon on a sunny day, the tile basin is about 5 ℃ higher than the plastic basin, and the soil temperature in the basin is also 3 / 4 ℃ higher. Therefore, when planting in the open air, it is better to use white, non-heat-absorbing plastic pots.

Second, covering sunshade

Cover the sunshade net during the germination of the jasmine (at the end of May). Direct sunlight is easy to drought and branches are easy to lose water, which has a great influence on the germination of new buds. Therefore, in the initial stage of planting, to cover the sunshade net and maintain humidity is conducive to the rapid germination of buds. The shading net is not covered during the growing period of jasmine (at the end of June). Jasmine is a light-loving plant, so strengthening light is beneficial to its growth and growth during the growing period of jasmine.

Third, pruning

Jasmine can form many batches of flowers, mainly to head, promote lateral branches, one branch can be divided into two branches, two branches into four branches, multi-branch flowering. Before and after June 25, the twigs were knocked off, leaving only the basal 2-3 layers of leaves, 5-6 cm, for normal fertilizer and water management, and blossomed in 25-30 days. Jasmine is a light-loving plant. Under the same management mode, the temperature is higher and the sun is stronger, which is beneficial to the vegetative growth and reproductive growth of jasmine.

IV. Fertilization

It takes 30-40 days for jasmine to blossom from the beginning to the lateral bud and bloom in the natural environment, while reasonable fertilization can blossom 5-10 days ahead of time, with dark leaves and large flowers. Two times of topdressing were carried out, the growth fertilizer (N-P-K: 30-10-10) and the flowering fertilizer (N-P-K: 10-20-30800 times) on August 5 were applied respectively. After topdressing, jasmine peanuts grow better, the leaves are large and thick, dark green.

5. Temperature management

Jasmine is sensitive to temperature, likes warm, hot and humid climate, can withstand higher temperature, is afraid of low temperature, and has poor drought resistance. The potted jasmine flowers in the jasmine garden should all enter the joint greenhouse at the beginning of November, and a small arch shed should be set up in the greenhouse to cover the grass curtain, which is normally ventilated and wet during the day, and there is generally no need to heat it at night, but when the outdoor low temperature is above-5 ℃, it should be boiled water in the greenhouse, steam heating, so that the temperature in the greenhouse is not lower than 0 ℃.
