I. seed stem classification

When you receive the stem of Tiannanxing, you should immediately pour out the bag (spread out) and divide it into three levels according to large, medium and small. Tiannanxing single diameter of more than 3 cm or several tubers connected as a large seed stem; a single diameter of 1.5-3 cm for medium-sized seed stem, a single diameter of less than 1.5 cm for small seed stem.

Second, soaking seeds with chemicals

Use methyl topiramate + carbendazim 500x solution (that is, 50 jin of water plus 1 drug) and avermectin 1000 times solution. Make the above three kinds of medicine into solution, soak the graded stem of Artemisia angustifolia in the solution, soak the stem of large seed for 24 hours, soak the stem of medium and small seed for 12 hours, then waterlogging, cool dry or dry the outer skin (outer skin dry), either sow or store.

3. Storage method

The thin beach of Artemisia angustifolia seed stem (outer skin dry) treated with medicament was placed in a cool and ventilated room with a thickness of 10 cm. The temperature was controlled between 4-8 degrees during storage, turned every 15-20 days, and stored for sowing in early spring. If the temperature is lower than 4 degrees during storage, you can put it in a small bag (20 kilograms) and put it in the room above 2 degrees; but if the temperature is higher than 8 degrees, do not bag it, so as to prevent heating and burning the stems.

Fourth, sowing time

The areas where the lowest temperature in winter is not lower than-3 degrees can be sown in late autumn from November to December. In other areas, it is appropriate to sow seeds after soil thawing in early spring; the best time for sowing in spring is when the ground temperature of 5 cm is stable at 8 degrees, soak the stem of Artemisia angustifolia seed 15 days in advance (or sow directly without budding), and cover with plastic film (or not) after sowing.

5. Planting methods

1. Soil fertilization: we must choose loose, fertile, convenient watering and thoroughly draining sandy loam to plant Artemisia angustifolia. After the soil is selected, 3000 kg of fermented high-quality soil manure or human manure can be applied per mu; if there is no soil fertilizer, 50 kg of high-quality diammonium can be applied per mu (made in the United States), and 10 kg of potassium sulfate and 50 kg of superphosphate can be added according to the fertility of the soil. 1000 kg of soil fertilizer, 40 kg of diammonium, 10 kg of potassium sulfate and 50 kg of calcium superphosphate can also be applied per mu. In short, because Tiannanxing needs a lot of fertilizer, it is necessary to apply sufficient base fertilizer.

two。 Soil treatment: if there are underground pests in the soil, such as mole cricket, ground tiger, etc., phoxim granules or other pesticides that kill underground pests should be used to kill cultivated land. If the previous crop is planted in cotton, vegetables and other disease-prone soil, but also arable land to add pesticides to kill germs in the soil, such as methyl thiophanate, carbendazim and so on.

3. Sowing methods: (1) after soil fertilization, sterilization and pest control, the soil is made into a high bed with a width of 80-120 cm, ready for sowing. (2) first, the large seed stem and conjoined seed stem of Tiannanxing are divided into several separate seed stems with a knife. When cutting with a knife, make sure that each cut seed stem has a bud hole, and then put it in the sun until there is no liquid, then sow the seeds and do not place them for a long time. (3) large (including cut), medium and small seed stems are sown separately, and one seed stem is sown in each hole; first, large seed stems are sown according to row spacing 25 cm, plant spacing 15 cm, depth 5 cm; medium seed stems are sown according to row spacing 20 cm, plant spacing 10 cm, depth 4 cm; small seed stems are sowed according to row spacing 20 cm, depth 2-3 cm, uniform small seed stems after sowing, keeping plant spacing about 3-5 cm. After sowing, cover the soil flat with the ground, then spray the herbicide Acetochlor to seal, and cover the plastic film after spraying (or not).

VI. Field management

1. Moisture: keep sufficient water from early emergence to high temperature in June, do not drought, eliminate weeds and loosen the soil during ploughing. If the soil drought is serious, it can be combined with cooling and small watering or ditch watering, and pay attention to timely drainage and spraying germicidal pesticides (to prevent diseases) after rain, so as to keep the soil wet and dry; at this stage, the soil must not be too wet, otherwise it is easy to get rot.

two。 Lighting: the use of high-rod crops or other plants to shade, high temperature and strong light season to maintain about 60% of the light, the focus is from June to August. No shading is needed before June and after August.

3. Temperature: when the temperature is above 30 degrees, you can make use of local conditions, such as spraying well water, etc.
