1. Symptoms and causes

Patchouli Gyabgon rot, which occurs in the root, is prone to rot at the junction of the underground stem and root, and then gradually spreads to the aboveground part of the plant. Causing the cortex to turn brown and rotten with the smell of alcohol, often showing brown colloid, branches and leaves wilting and withering. Root rot mainly occurs in hot summer (more than 28 ℃), rainy, heavy soil, or great changes in dry and humidity, poor drainage, deep planting, root injury, lack of water and fertilizer, plant weakness and so on.

2. Prevention and control methods

The main results are as follows: (1) when the local disease occurs, the diseased plants should be dug up and burned in time, and the soil where the diseased plants are disinfected should be disinfected with lime. Other nearby plants can be sprayed with 25% carbendazim wettable powder 500 times 1000 times, 2 times continuously, with an interval of 3 days, or with 75% chlorothalonil wettable powder 500 times 600 times, 3 times 4 times in a row, the interval is 2 days. In order to prevent the spread of bacteria, spread, and the robust branches buried in the soil, so that it sprouted new roots. If the area of root rot and soft rot is large, chlorothalonil can be used to irrigate the diseased plants. The concentration refers to the instruction manual and depends on the condition.

(2) Biopesticide control also has a good effect. At present, Haopu brand high-efficiency biological immune fungicide produced in Dalian is mostly used, and the common dosage is 20 ml diluted to 800-1500 times liquid per mu. The spray method was used for 3 consecutive times with an interval of 7 days.

(3) other crops should be planted for shade or covered with grass in summer.

(4) the stagnant water should be removed in time in the rainy season to avoid excessive soil moisture.

(5) disinfect the soil before planting; soak the roots with 65% zinc wettable powder 1000 times, or 50% carbendazim 100 times, or 1 Bordeaux solution for 10 minutes.

(6) irrigate 10 kg 50% carbendazim 200 times per square meter before onset. During the onset of the disease, the diseased plants were irrigated with 50% thiophanate methyl 1000 times, or 50% carbendazim 500 times 1000 times.

(7) continuous cropping is not suitable, otherwise it will lead to plant disease of patchouli.
