There are more than 30 species of Clematis, which are generally distributed in the hills with an altitude of 300 to 1200 meters. Wild Clematis are found in Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Sichuan, Guizhou and Yunnan. Among them, Wuping County in Longyan area of Fujian Province is one of the largest wild Clematis trading centers in China. Wuping Clematis has been protected by the General Administration of quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. Mingxi and Yong'an in Sanming area are also the central producing areas with the richest distribution of wild Clematis. Yong'an is rated as the only "hometown of Clematis in China" by China Economic Forestry Association.

Anoectochilus roxburghii likes to be cool and humid, especially in the moist areas with evergreen broad-leaved trees, such as ditch edge, stone wall and loose soil. the temperature is 20 ℃ ~ 32 ℃ and the light is about 1 ℃ of normal sunshine. Its plant height is 8-20 cm, the rhizome is soft, the stem is cylindric, the apex is erect, the base is creeping, the stem node is obvious; leaves alternate stalked, oval, glossy, dark green with golden vein reticulation, leaf back purplish red; flowers are complete flowers, racemes with 1 × 6 loose flowers, peduncle 8-13 cm long, pilose, bracts lilac, ovate-lanceolate. In addition to medicinal uses, Anoectochilus roxburghii is also a treasure of indoor foliage with great ornamental value. Because of its strict requirements for ecological environment and serious damage to the natural environment in recent years, wild Anoectochilus roxburghii is becoming less and less.

Ecological habits of Clematis roxburghii

The main results are as follows: (1) the suitable temperature for temperature growth is 2032 ℃. Anoectochilus roxburghii has strong adaptability to temperature. In the process of cultivation, under the cover of greenhouse, the low temperature of 0: 5 ℃ for 30 days had no obvious damage to Clematis roxburghii. The daily temperature of more than 34 degrees in 15 days is easy to cause leaf curls.

(2) Anoectochilus roxburghii is fond of wetting. Water is the most important factor affecting the survival of Clematis. Anoectochilus roxburghii can not survive in a dry climate and lack of water in the soil. Anoectochilus roxburghii is naturally distributed in humid forest environment and near some streams. Artificial cultivation should keep Anoectochilus roxburghii in a small environment with relative humidity above 70%. You can often sprinkle water on the edge of the planting basin.

(3) Clematis is a shade-loving plant, the light saturation point of photosynthesis is low, and the suitable illuminance is about 3000lux. 80% shading net + 80% sunshade net + 1 layer of plastic film. Under natural conditions, the canopy density of the upper trees is 70% to 80%, and the vegetation coverage of the lower layer is about 40%.

(4) the soil is required to be loose, permeable and moist. Under natural conditions, Clematis is distributed in humus soil, yellow soil and red soil. Clematis should take root under the condition of acidic soil. High quality humic soil is recommended.

Key points of artificial cultivation techniques

The artificial cultivation of Anoectochilus roxburghii is mainly in greenhouse. According to the growth requirements of Anoectochilus roxburghii, the construction of the greenhouse should be selected in the mountain gullies with forest and water, so as to ensure shade, irrigation, shelter from the wind and warmth in winter, reduce heat dissipation, maintain humidity, and convenient transportation. Artificial tissue culture seedlings can be planted all the year round. 300 seedlings per square meter should be planted on a special square plate, and the planting should be shallow and deep. After planting, cover with clean and dry cultivation medium, spray clean water, keep the temperature in the greenhouse at 20: 30 ℃, and pay attention to moisturizing.

The quality of field management is related to the survival rate, growth and yield of Anoectochilus roxburghii.

The main results are as follows: (1) the light transmittance in the light shed is closely related to the growth and development, and the light transmission should be three yang and seven yin. In general, 80% shading net can be used to control the 3000lx or so. Cymbal

(2) Clematis belongs to Orchidaceae and is a medicinal plant, so it must be cultivated in a clean and suitable cultivation medium, which must have good air permeability and good water retention. The bottle seedling of our company is strong and can be planted as soon as it comes out of the bottle. When planting, the sandy loam in red soil and yellow soil is the main cultivation medium, and its texture is loose and acidic, so it is suitable for planting Clematis roxburghii. Peat and perlite are recommended.

(3) the higher humidity in the air is helpful to the growth and increase the fresh weight of plants, but the cultivation medium should not be too wet, which can easily lead to stem rot, so attention should be paid to ventilation and light transmission. The environment above 20 degrees requires good ventilation.

(4) fertilizing once a month, it is best to use farm liquid fertilizer or biogas liquid, diluted to 1000 times.

(5) the determination of the suitable harvest time is closely related to the cultivation time, and it must be harvested at least 10 months out of the bottle (8 months after planting). When the plant height of Clematis roxburghii is above 8-10cm, 5-6 leaves and fresh weight 4g/ plant can be harvested.
