The certification of "good food and accommodation" provides natural and healthy local food for residential accommodation, allowing tourists to taste and understand the authentic delicacy through the interpretation of hostel operators, as well as the culture and characteristics of 13 townships in Nantou. Through a site visit by SGS, a Taiwan inspection technology company, it has passed eight selection items, which are in line with the spirit of the two axes of "food" and "service" before they can obtain the certification mark.

This year, a total of 7 lodgings, including Paddy Field clothing artists in Puli Town, serious Life Hostel, Lvchuan Hostel, San Borough Manor in Yuchi Township, and Qingjing Florence Resort Villa in Renai Township, were approved. The ceremony was presided over by Peng Chengyu, chairman of the Nantou County Houses and Tourism Association, and certified by the county magistrate Lin Mingyi. It is expected that another 15 hostels will be mentored this year to obtain certification.
