I. Propagation methods

Raspberry has branching propagation, root propagation and seed reproduction. The seedlings germinated from the rhizome of the mother plant can be used for transplanting in split propagation. Split-root propagation is when the adventitious buds on the rhizome in early spring have not yet been unearthed, dig the rhizome, cut it according to the length of 10-15 cm, oblique insertion or shallow burial, to keep the soil moist, in order to survive. Seeds are propagated from May to June each year to collect mature fruit, wash off the fruit, store in wet sand stratification and sow in autumn or spring, and transplant after sowing for one year. The most practical method is to dig up new branches and plant them after all the leaves have been lost in December.

2. Land preparation and transplanting

Select the slightly acidic gentle slope land with deep soil layer, fertile and loose, and good drainage, and turn the soil deeply. Transplant according to the row spacing of 50 cm × 100 cm or 100 cm × 100 cm.

III. Field management

Before transplanting, apply sufficient base fertilizer and farm manure 3-5 kg per plant. During the growth period, combined with loosening soil and weeding, topdressing was applied 2-3 times a year, mainly nitrogen fertilizer, with appropriate amount of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer. Apply seedling fertilizer in March, flower fertilizer in April and overwintering fertilizer in November. 1500-2000 kg of human feces and urine per mu. Pay attention to watering during drought in summer and autumn. When the lateral branch occurs from April to May, the terminal bud is removed to promote the growth of the lateral branch, at the same time, the heart of the lateral branch is removed to promote the secondary lateral branch, and the branch is leafy, which can increase the fruiting mother branch of the following year and increase the yield. Stand pillars next to each plant during the fruiting period to prevent lodging.

The fruit medium well was harvested and packaged with the calyx in the first and middle of May.
