On the 13th, Premier Lin Quan visited the scheduled site of the Water Resources recovery Center and the New Project of Recycling Water Plant in Yongkang District of Tainan City. This is a joint plan of the Tainan Municipal Government, the Water Conservancy Department of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Construction Department of the Ministry of the Interior, and the Ministry of Science and Technology. It is estimated that 8000 tons of reclaimed water will be provided in 109 years, taking the lead in Taiwan, becoming the first reclaimed water plant to supply a high-tech park, so that Tainan industries can use water without any problem.

In May this year, the Executive Yuan agreed to the Tainan Municipal Government to handle the case of "Tainan Yongkang Water Resources Recycling Center discharge Recycling and reuse Plan". In the future, it will work with the Construction Department to set up a unified contract project for the construction of Yongkang Water Resources Recycling Center and reclaimed water plant, and accelerate the promotion of Yongkang users to take over the project, with the goal of providing at least 15500 tons of reclaimed water to Nanke and Shugu Park in 2013. Take a big step forward for the reclaimed water in Tainan.

On behalf of the people of Tainan, Mayor Lai Qingde once again thanked President Lin Quan and his team for their support to Tainan, including the Environmental Protection Agency, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Ministry of the Interior, as well as the people at all levels for their help. In addition, Mayor Lai Qingde did not forget to mention the mayor of Yongkang District. He spent a lot of efforts on this construction. I would like to thank the mayor for their assistance, so that the construction of municipal government can be promoted smoothly.

President Lin Quan affirmed Mayor Lai Qingde's intention that the reuse of water is particularly important in the drastic climate change. It can also cope with the large demand for industrial water, develop related industries, create production capacity and enhance efficiency. It is also part of the forward-looking plan. I hope the whole people will support it!
