Method of making chicken feed with sawdust

Making sawdust into chicken feed needs to go through three processes: disinfection, fermentation and ingredient.

Disinfect. Sift out shavings, sticks, nails and other sundries in sawdust, screen the soil with small holes, and disinfect with 0.05% potassium permanganate solution. The method is: pour the pre-prepared potassium permanganate solution into the cylinder containing sawdust, so that the solution does not pass the sawdust 10-15cm, stir for about 5 minutes, then remove the sawdust and drain.

Fermentation. After disinfection, the sawdust is loaded into the pool or cylinder and compacted layer by layer. Spray 30 ℃ ~ 40 ℃ lukewarm water with a spray can for every 15 to 20 centimeters. Every 10 kilograms of sawdust needs to be sprayed with 12 kilograms of water. The tank or tank is filled with heavy objects and can be opened for use after 3 days. In winter fermentation, the room temperature should be no less than 15 ℃.

Ingredients. The fermented sawdust should be boiled in a pot for 40 minutes before use. After filtering out the water, add 200 grams of vegetable oil, 150 grams of salt, 15 grams of monosodium glutamate and 30% 50% energy feed for every 10 kg of sawdust. Mix well.
