Subsoiling mechanization is a soil tillage technique that only loosens the soil without turning the soil layer. Breaking the bottom of the plough, increasing the infiltration speed and quantity of Rain Water, causing little disturbance to the soil, leaving most of the stubble on the surface, which is helpful to preserve soil moisture and prevent wind erosion. The mechanization technology of deep loosening usually uses tractors to suspend subsoiling machines for operation. The form and technical requirements of deep loosening: deep loosening includes comprehensive subsoiling and local subsoiling. Comprehensive deep loosening is to select inverted V-type omni-directional deep loosening machine to carry out the corresponding deep loosening operation according to different crops and different soil conditions.

The main technical requirements are:

(1) suitable tillage conditions. The soil water content is 15% and 22%.

(2) operational requirements. Deep loosening depth 35-50 cm; deep loosening time: work after straw treatment before sowing; loosening depth is consistent in the operation, and there is no repetition or loosening phenomenon.

(3) supporting measures. Soil moisture can be made when the weather is too dry.

(4) the operation cycle, according to the soil conditions and the density of machines and tools, generally loosen once every 2 ~ 3 years.
