The 10th Dajia, Daan and Waipu Flower Expo held by the Taichung Municipal Government was held at Dajia High Engineering yesterday (28). Many local governors and limin were present to listen to the municipal explanation. Mayor Lin Jialong said that he is very glad that people from all walks of life unite and care about Taichung, and with the promotion of various construction projects, Taichung has changed. The municipal government will continue to move forward and strive for the support of the central forward-looking infrastructure to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and bring a living environment that is more livable and suitable for migration. in addition, Taichung will hold a Flower Expo next year, which will not only promote local and industrial development, but also leave sustainable value.

In conjunction with the Flower Expo, the Taichung Municipal Government will hold 10 municipal briefings in various districts of the city this year to explain to the public the progress of major construction and listen to local public opinion. On the 28th, the last Dajia, Daan, and Waipu District briefing was given by Lands Secretary Zhang Zhixiang. Deputy Secretary General Guo Kunming, City Councillor Wu Minji, and legislator Cai Qichang Service Office representatives were present to participate in the grand event.

With regard to local construction, Mayor Lin Jialong pointed out that the municipal government continues to implement the urban vision of "smooth roads, bright lights and water communication", strengthen the infrastructure closely related to people's livelihood, and strive for the central forward-looking infrastructure, including track construction such as "Taichung Yamanote Line", "MRT Blue Line" and "MRT Green Line extension to Changhua" have been supported and included, and water environment construction and urban and rural construction have also been actively strived for. In addition, traffic projects such as the 74 line of National Highway 1, the Fengyuan Tanzi section of Guo4 and the viaduct of Xibin Expressway also work together with the central government.

In the future, all the exhibition halls of the Flower Expo will be used sustainably. For example, the 2020 World Orchid Conference will be held in Taichung, so it can be used continuously. In addition, the output of flowers such as Cymbidium, Lily, Sword Orchid, Fire Crane and other flowers in Taiwan is the first in Taiwan. The Flower Expo will also promote the expansion of flower exports in Taichung, promote industrial development, and build a garden city.
