The government should improve the working environment of agriculture and enhance the willingness of young people to return to their hometown to work in agriculture, so as to make young people think that agriculture is a promising industry. The Council of Agriculture has set an annual income of more than 1.2 million yuan for professional young farmers, which will reach the goal of 1.8 million yuan three years later, hoping to attract more young people to join agriculture, become professional farmers, and promote the development of agriculture in Taiwan.

In this part, we can further discuss how to improve the shortage of materials or work, so as to increase the relevant energy and achieve the goal of increasing facilities, so as to improve the value of agriculture and ensure the livelihood of farmers. In addition to maintaining the firmness of agricultural facilities, the process of agricultural facilities licensing should also be quickly and easily popularized. This is the policy of the Executive Yuan, and the government has the obligation to implement it.
