The Keelung municipal government held the annual event "Chicken Cage Zhongyuan Festival" water lantern parade. Yunlin County was invited to promote the 2017 Taiwan Lantern Festival in Yunlin last year. Yesterday (4) County Mayor Li Jinyong and Wu Wanju, chairman of the Yunlin County Association of Keelung City, led the villagers to participate in the Keelung event to promote marketing and show the local cultural characteristics of Yunlin County.
County Mayor Li Jinyong said that Yunlin is the hometown of glove puppet show. This year, the hometown of Yunlin County in Keelung City launched a "sensational martial arts puppet show original hometown" float to participate in the parade, mainly Shi Yanwen, Black and White Lang Jun, Su still Zhen, Tiger tail Tiger, and a page of books, so that all the people in the country saw the puppet show floats and thought of Yunlin County.
